This exact car was for sale literally two weeks ago for $5,000. I loved it so much that I even made a

I really hope these aren’t going to be the next target of e30-level insane pricing...

There’s a special hell for flippers. It’s called “help I can’t sell this car because I’m asking way too fucking much” hell.

All they did was clean it, take some decent pictures, and put a pretentious Jeremy Clarkson quote in the CL post. Apparently that’s worth $6000

I can’t sell it for $XXXX so I’ll try for $YYYY.
Sometimes it works! There’s no way that thing gets $11k though. There’s a sucker born every minute.

This difference between this and an E30 is these are actually quirky, unique and rare. So I guess in those terms it Should be worth more than an average E30.

Troll the seller by offering him $5000....

Don’t say that! The “average” e30 is already overpriced as is

There was a beater GTV6 here for $2700 last year, I considered grabbing it but it was destroyed, the worst one I've seen in CA. Saw it listed later for $7000, with not much changed. Hate that. There's been a gray 2.5 Milano listed in the Monterey for $2500 for some time now.

They're also harder to work on and find parts for, and not made as well, which works against them. Still a desirable car, though!

yep, the “loophole” is it get a 318, or 325e.
or, my plan get an e35. half e30, half e36, all awesome.
